Many Provincial Medical Registers of Physicians, Surgeons and Odontologists have introduced multimedia ENPAM [Pension Fund Institution for Physicians, Surgeons and Odontologists] information desks to offer individual and confidential welfare information service.
The
project was devised in order to grant a modern, transparent and tangible management
of the activities of this institution and of the information relating to registered
members, so as to improve the opportunities of making the ENPAM services known
and available to all interested users.
Through an individual card, designed to ensure privacy (which is forwarded
directly by ENPAM), members will be able to access personalised information
relating to their own personal details, as well as contribution and pension
fund status; furthermore, they will be able to print out their own contribution
forms and pension pay slips, as well as tax payment certificates (such as
CUD - Consolidated Employee Certification), without referring to the Register’s
staff.
In particular, members will be able to access the following data and services:
· Personal data archive of active rate paying and retired members.
· Contribution status of active members, in connection with all contributions
paid (indicating payment and reference year) for the “A” fee, private practice
fund, general medicine, outpatient specialists and certification specialists.
· Payment and reference date relating to the last contribution amount
paid for each fund.
· Redemption status for Special Funds.
· Welfare treatment status for Special Funds.
· Special provisions for members and/or their families (journeys, policies,
hotel accommodation, etc.).
· Printout of contribution forms and pension pay slips, as well as
of tax payment certificates (such as CUD forms).
Further services are currently being introduced to allow autonomous calculations
or calculation forecasts allowing for entering personal details, that is:
· redemption hypothesis calculation;
· performance calculation projections, in the event of retirement,
or of reaching the age of 65, or of termination of professional activity;
· pension calculation hypothesis in the event of disability and/or
predecease, pursuant to the reformation of disability and predecease treatments
introduced with the Resolution of the National Council on 15 February 2002
(minimum guaranteed pension equal to an overall amount of Euro10,845.59, index-linked
as from 1998). Translated by interpres sas
